Sira and Tom’s Industrial city wedding at Fazeley Studios. The brief for this couple’s big day was cool and contemporary. I love Fazeley Studios in Digbeth, its such a unique venue.
I know I shouldn’t have favourite’s but this was a really cool wedding! Sira and Tom arrived in style in a vintage Volkswagen campervan!
The Flowers at Fazeley Studios
This edgy and creative couple chose an unexpected colour palette of orange and pale pink, with pops of electric blue and yellow for their impactful wedding florals.
The flower styling for Sira and Tom’s big day was edgy and contemporary reflecting the street art and urban aesthetic of the vibrant city of Birmingham.
We achieved this contemporary look by carefully curating a selection exotic and luxury flowers, focussing on sculptural, abstract and statement forms for Sira and Tom’s city wedding.
Blooms such as Anthurium, Birds of paradise, Orchids, large tropical leaves, Palms, Pampas grass, Punky Gerbera, Garden Roses and Ranunculus were selected to create this fun and unique look.
Sira and Tom’s dream was to have a statement flower installation incorporating their bespoke neon initial sign. So we created this super cool industrial style fresh flower backdrop on a metal grid using bright, tropical flowers.
This unique floral installation was used for both their ceremony and reception.
Sira and Tom’s wonderful wedding had a relaxed, party vibe. Tom loves music and is a drummer, so it was really important for their wedding to be full of live music and dancing reflecting the vibrant and urban atmosphere of Digbeth!
Awesome Birmingham born and bred MC Sanity really brought the party vibe!
The wedding couple opted for tasty street food instead of a traditional three course formal wedding breakfast.
