Wreath Making Workshop – Friday 27th November 12-2pm
Join me Ashley of Ash Tree Floral Designs at Cartlands Tea Rooms in the heart of Kings Heath Park, Birmingham for a fun and festive wreath making workshop.
You will learn how to create a beautiful, fresh foliage wreath from scratch that you can take home to hang on your door, and will last throughout the festive season.
All materials will be provided, including a hot drink or mulled wine and a mince pie.
You will be guided step by step on how to moss up your wreath ring, securely attach the foliage and finally how to add a selection of festive accessories to your design to give it a personal touch.
I will also demonstrate how to cover the underside of your design with wreath backing which not only creates a professional finish but also helps to protect your door from any marks from the moss.
The workshop will be run in a covid responsible manner, group numbers will be limited so social distancing can be maintained. It is recommended participants bring a face covering to wear. Hand sanitiser will be available.
Wreath making is quite a messy business and can ruin your Christmas manicure so it is also recommended that you also bring an apron and gardening gloves to protect your clothes and hands.
In the event of another lockdown we will run this workshop virtually via video call. Your materials and refreshments will be delivered to your door and we will meet online and do the class from the comfort of our own homes! So please book with confidence, we got this!
Photographs are of my previous workshops- pre-covid but hopefully we will still create the same fun and friendly vibe! Looking forward to seeing you there!
