Pot et Fleurs – Spring Flowers & Bulbs Basket Workshop

Celebrate the arrival of spring with a calm, design-led floral workshop inspired by the French concept of pot et fleurs – the art of combining living plants with cut flowers in one arrangement.

In this workshop, you’ll create a generously styled spring basket arrangement, bringing together planted spring bulbs and fresh seasonal cut flowers. The bulbs provide structure and longevity, while the cut flowers add softness, movement, and colour, resulting in a balanced and natural-looking design.

You’ll work with a woven basket as your container, planting bulbs into soil and incorporating cut flowers displayed in small glass jars. Guidance will focus on placement, proportion, and balance, helping you create an arrangement that feels considered and will continue to develop over time as the bulbs grow.

There will be a generous selection of materials to work with, including subtle seasonal details, allowing you to personalise your arrangement while keeping the overall look relaxed and contemporary.

This sustainable flower workshop is suitable for all abilities, including complete beginners. All tools and materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your finished pot et fleurs arrangement to enjoy at home.
