🌿 What’s the Day All About?

Together with a small group of like-minded florists, you’ll be guided through the process of creating beautiful, large-scale designs that feel natural, textural, and seasonally inspired. Think cascading floral columns, meadow boxes spilling over with texture, and stunning statement pieces — all created using sustainable, foam-free mechanics.

Expect to work with late summer favourites like Dahlias, Chrysanthemums, seed heads, grasses, and gorgeous autumn foliage as we embrace the golden tones of the turning seasons.

✨ You’ll Learn How To:

  • Build large-scale floral installations with confidence
  • Use eco-friendly, foam-free mechanics
  • Work with the rhythm, colour, and texture of seasonal British flowers
  • Plan, price, and prepare for big event florals
  • Photograph your designs for social media and your portfolio
  • Collaborate with other florists and share experiences

All materials, tools, and flowers are provided — just bring your creativity! A delicious picnic lunch and refreshments will keep you going through the day.

I’ve recently attended a sustainable floral workshop with Ashley, creating large installations and I absolutely loved it!
I learnt so much and met some amazing likeminded florists.

Ashley organised the day perfectly, had so many beautiful, locally grown flowers to choose from and taught me skills in floristry that I didn’t learn on my level 2 course.

I was so impressed with what we all created and learnt from Ashley, she is a great teacher. I had such a fun day thank you so so much! I am looking forward to attending another one soon!
